Six & Flow is seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager based in the UK, ideall Manchester or London, to join our dynamic sales team. You will play a vital role in identifying and nurturing potential business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with prospects, and driving revenue growth for Six & Flow. This is a hugely important role for us. In many cases, you’ll be the first point of contact with new clients and it will be your role to develop and nurture those contacts into real sales opportunities.

You'll be integral in expanding our market presence and aiding us with our growth mission engagement. We practice what we preach, we generate our inbound leads – these are there to be converted (and there's a lot of them). However, you will be expected to self-source prospects too. You’ll be working as part of a highly successful team based out of our Manchester or London offices, responsible for connecting with new prospects, qualifying them, establishing rapport and ultimately, closing business into sales. Essentially, converting leads into opportunities and opportunities into clients!

We keep our team at the forefront of everything we do, so there'll be plenty of support and growth opportunities along the way.
However, it’s important that you aren't afraid to get stuck-in and are KPI-focused.Key Responsibilities
  • Researching and identifying potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry insights.
  • Generating new business opportunities
  • Achieving monthly quotas of qualified opportunities, meetings & sales
  • Actively segment and manage your prospect lists
  • Logging and coordinating all sales activity in a CRM system
  • Engaging with inbound leads, converting leads into opportunities and opportunities into clients!
  • Outbound prospecting in defined sectors to engage with decision-makers, understand their business challenges and align our services to their needs.
  • Attending events and representing Six & Flow as a brand
  • Articulate and present the value proposition of Six & Flow's services to prospects, effectively showcasing how our solutions can address their specific pain points.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities within the CRM.
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel, providing relevant information and insights to facilitate their decision-making process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to tailor conversations and presentations effectively.
  • Meet or exceed set quotas for qualified leads and new business opportunities.
  • Represent Six & Flow as a brand to potential and current clients
 Qualification and Skills
  • At least 3-year B2B sales experience.
  • A passion for sales, marketing and building relationships.
  • A solid understanding of marketing principles, particularly content and inbound marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with clients, prospects and partners by telephone, email and in person.
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment or agency.
  • Knowledge of tech/SaaS concepts and marketing principles such as inbound marketing, and digital marketing is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.
  • Exceptional active listening skills to understand client pain points and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

About the role

We’re looking for an ambitious, target driven, Sales Manager to lead and develop our growing sales team at Six & Flow.

This is a pivotal role focused on creating structure, consistency, and high performance across our sales function. You’ll coach and guide a team of BDMs, KAMs, and soon a new BDR team – ensuring scalable systems are in place, while refining our sales process for long-term success.

If you’re someone who thrives on building high-performing teams, balancing strategy with hands-on coaching, and driving commercial growth, this role is for you.


What you’ll do

  • Lead, coach, and mentor BDMs and, once established, BDRs to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end sales process, aligned with HubSpot best practices.
  • Ensure consistent CRM usage for forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Client Services to optimise lead flow and client handover.
  • Define and monitor sales KPIs, ensuring accurate reporting to the Growth Director.
  • Partner with wider Group sales teams to share best practices and drive cross-border growth.

  • Consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Improved win rates through structured pipeline management and coaching.
  • Accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership.
  • A fully operational BDR function within 12 months.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience managing and scaling B2B sales teams (ideally SaaS, Martech, Consultancy, or HubSpot ecosystem).
  • Strong track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent coaching and leadership skills, with experience motivating and up-skilling teams.
  • Deep CRM knowledge (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on performance trends.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong influencing skills.

Bonus points for

  • Experience setting up and leading a BDR/SDR function.
  • Knowledge of RevOps methodologies and demand generation alignment.

About the role

We are looking for an Interim Managing Director to step in for nine months and guide our agency through a period of transition.

Our established MD is going on maternity leave and we are looking for a leader who can step in to maintain clear ownership of commercial performance and team direction during this period of change. We want someone who can bring their own style of leadership while providing the stability, structure and clarity our people need.

This role is about running the business day to day, keeping the Senior Management Team aligned, and ensuring both commercial performance and engagement stay on track. You’ll be the link translating strategic direction into clear, actionable plans and keeping communication consistent.


What you’ll do

  • Provide visible leadership during a period of acquisition and change, reinforcing trust, clarity and alignment.
  • Lead and support the SMT and Heads of Department, setting clear expectations and driving accountability.
  • Oversee performance, P&L, cost approvals and client contracts..
  • Manage day-to-day operations, resourcing, onboarding and internal processes.
  • Work with HR to strengthen culture, engagement and development across the business.
  • Maintain compliance with ISO standards, audits and legal requirements.

  • Quarterly and annual goals delivered.
  • P&L performance maintained within budget and EBITDA targets achieved.
  • Strong revenue and pipeline growth, supported by lower churn.
